🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states through our online store and Etsy shop. Our products are handmade in Pakistan and shipped to our U.S. fulfillment center in Virginia for final delivery to customers.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • In rare cases of high demand or restocking delays, processing time may take up to 5 business days.

🚀 Shipping Methods & Delivery

We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic U.S. deliveries.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional fee applies)
  • International Orders: Currently not supported directly through our website. Please contact us for custom international shipping quotes.

💲 Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • We occasionally offer Free Shipping promotions on select items or order totals — keep an eye on our banner announcements.

🎁 Packaging

Each RootedRare product is carefully packed in eco-friendly materials designed to protect your item and reduce waste. Tote bags are folded neatly in recycled poly mailers or boxes, depending on the order size.

📬 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment confirmation.

❗ Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, RootedRare is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses. If your order appears lost, please contact us at info@rootedrare.com — we’ll help resolve it promptly.

💔 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.
